PHILADELPHIA '90
1. Brother Don't You Walk Away 5.11
Total time: 55:54
Excellent radio broadcast of a great show! Recorded at the Freedom Festival in Philadelphia on the 4th of July (Independence Day) 1990. The stage was outside the Arts Museum in the Benjamin Franklin Park. A quote from Eric: "It's 10 years this week since we, The Hooters, played our first show ever in the city of Philadelphia". So it was a very special concert for the band who celebrated their 10 year anniversary. Among the highlights is a cover version of Bob Dylan's "Mr. Tambourine Man" with an all star guest appearance singing at the end, as well as a rare live recording of "Beat Up Guitar" - very nice too. The bonus track is the same "Beat Up Guitar" but taken from radio station CD with a little different mixing. This is a new perfect sounding version with the complete "Mr Tambourine Man"! Remastered sound. Available on one CD-R.
