For the Die Hard fans. The quality is not too good because it's an audience recording but here is what is good about it; There are some good covers, it has the ORIGINAL version of "Day By Day", quite different and interesting version! The other reason is; You have to remember in 1984 is when they were being courted by record companies so most of the recorded shows are at "showcase clubs" so the record companies could come and see them. These shows were very slick and polished, but this show was at a college for drunk college kids, and this shows the band as much more of a "party band". So if you can get past the questionable quality this gig is interesting to have. Unique for this show, which I recommend mainly to collector's that want all songs are "Should Have Known Better" (Beatles cover), "Obla-Di-Obla-Da (also a Beatles cover) and "Peace Love & Understanding" which is an Elvis Costello cover. Other cover songs are "Glad All Over", "Goodnight". The unreleased song "End of My Rope" sounds a little bit like "South Ferry Road" and it was actually supposedly a part of that song but it was turned into a separate song. Another rareley performed and unreleased song is "But I Do". "You Still Belong To Me" is very short here and is more or less used as intro for "I Don't Wanna Fight". The band is in excellent shape, but unfortunately the sound isn't. So I would recommend to get Ardmore before this show because of the sound quality unless you're desperate for the songs I mentioned above. Available on two CD-R.
