This is a compilation of rare, professionally recorded live cuts that have been released, but may in some cases still be hard to find. Here they have been put/mixed together to make it sound pretty much like one long live show. First up is the classic video cut and 12" b-side of "It's Only Love" with Tina Turner, followed by a cover of Chuck Berry's "Run Rudolph Run" which was recorded at the Marquee Club in London in the summer of '87 and submitted to the compilation album "A Very Special Christmas". Then there's the songs Bryan did at The Wall concert in Berlin in 1990, followed by the video cut of the often sought "When The Night Comes" which is arguably the best live recording of that song. Track 6-10 are taken from "The Live Volume" which was a bonus CD coming with "Waking Up The Neighbours" in the Asian Commemorative Pack which was released in Japan in 1993. Three of the songs on "The Live Volume"; "There Will Never Be Another Tonight", "Can't Stop This Thing We Started" and the most splendid recording of "C'mon Everybody" also ended up on the "Please Forgive Me" Maxi-single, while "Everything I Do" and "House Arrest" (great versions!), outside the "Live Volume", only have been released on the UK digipack for "Please Forgive Me". After that there's the Pavarotti songs from "Pavarotti and Friends 2", which includes a very good orchestra live version of "Please Forgive" with Bryan alone singing, and an "unforgettable" duett with Pavarotti on "All For Love". Also included are the rare the spanish versions of "Everything I Do" and "Thought I'd Died And Gone To Heaven" which was released in some Latin American countries in 1992 or so. Excellent sound. Available on 1 CD-R.
